PaperStone® is one of the few architectural solid surface materials certified to FSC standards by the Smartwood program of the Rainforest Alliance. PaperStone® is made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper saturated with their proprietary PetroFree™ phenolic resins and selected natural pigments. After trimming to length, resin-saturated sheets are stacked and pressed under heat and pressure — paper sheet count determines the finished panel thickness.

PaperStone®’s non-porous surface provides lifetime stain resistance and absorbs virtually no water. Its superior strength allows innovative cantilevered designs up to 18″ of unsupported overhang with 3/4″ material. Emits no radon gases and is VOC-free. Heat resistant to 350°F and certified food-safe by NSF.
